Location: London Salary: Market Rate
Due to rapid state of growth and investment, my client a leading Investment Manager, are looking to recruit a newly created Sales Development Manager to build a Sales Management function to help drive forward revenue and growth. This role has a direct impact on the Distribution strategy for EMEA. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive Client Engagement program for the distribution function.
Working with directly with the sub-regional heads and their teams to implement the strategy and framework and define key performance indicators to measure the programs success. Responsibilities include:
· Build a robust and sustainable client engagement program
· Define client engagement training program across the business and identify training needs
· Establish a sales management framework within EMEA distribution to ensure the strategy can be delivered
· Work across the EMEA region to share best practice and implement sales initiatives
· Develop an consistent approach to monitor sales and pipeline
· Analyse business data, sales trends, research and synthetize findings into exec presentations
· Product management information packs for senior management and the EMEA exec committees
· Lead monthly pipeline call with sub regional heads to present insights and actionable points to support the sales process
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in Investment Management and proven experience of implementing a Sales Management function including creating and implementing a Sales Framework. You will have strong Investment product knowledge and knowledge of the EMEA distribution channels. You will have outstanding interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills and have the ability to work collaboratively across the firm. Strong analytical skills are essential. Fluency in a European language will be highly beneficial.
